Welcome to The Disease Interventionist Collective ("DICo," "DICollective," “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms.
The views, opinions, and perspectives of The Disease Interventionist Collective do not represent or reflect the views of all the professionals or agencies who choose to engage with or support the DICo community. Community members engage with DICollective independently of their place of employment or agency affiliation; professional engagement of any kind with DICollective is limited to the personal professional development activities of Disease Interventionists and other public health professionals and does not reflect their agency’s views, opinions, or perspectives.
1. Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By using this site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and not use our site for any unlawful purpose.
2. Orders & Payments
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Payment is required at checkout and processed through secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship within the United States and U.S. territories only.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses.
4. Returns & Refunds
  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at heythere@dicollective.org with your order details and photos of the item.
  • Approved returns will be eligible for replacement or store credit.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and designs—is the property of dicollective.org and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
The Disease Interventionist Collective is an independent public health professional community. We are not affiliated with any state, federal, or other public health agency. All content, designs, and initiatives fully belong to and are owned by The Disease Interventionist Collective and its operating independent Consulting Firm.

  • Use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the site.
  • Copy or resell any content or products without permission.
