At the Disease Interventionist Collective, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully.
1. Final Sale Items
Most of our t-shirts are considered final sale due to their personalized or limited-edition nature.
We do not offer refunds for items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item to heythere@dicollective.org.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, limited editions, and custom or personalized products cannot be returned for a refund unless defective.
4. Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times vary by location but generally take 5–10 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Use this tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.
6. Shipping Issues
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
