At the Disease Interventionist Collective, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully.
1. Final Sale Items
  • Most of our t-shirts are considered final sale due to their personalized or limited-edition nature.
  • We do not offer refunds for items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item to heythere@dicollective.org. 
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale items, limited editions, and custom or personalized products cannot be returned for a refund unless defective.
4. Refund Process
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

  • International shipping is not currently available.

  • We use reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.
3. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Times
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location but generally take 5–10 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use this tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.
6. Shipping Issues
  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
